  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to grow business within the TMT sector, in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Identify and target potential clients and establish strong relationships to generate new business opportunities.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the TMT industry.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify client needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  5. Lead and manage the business development team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  6. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's services.
  7. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing the company's capabilities and value proposition.
  8. Monitor and track industry and competitor developments to stay informed and adapt strategies accordingly.
  9. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both parties.
  10. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's services and offerings to effectively communicate and promote them to clients.
  11. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  12. Stay updated on industry and market trends and provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership for business growth and development.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all business development activities.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting its reputation and values in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge And Experience In Tmt Industry: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Tmt (Technology, Media, And Telecommunications) Industry And Relevant Market Trends. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Successful Business Development Strategies In This Field.

  • Strategic Thinking And Business Acumen: As A Director Of Business Development, Deal Advisory & Strategy, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Strategic Thinking Skills And Business Acumen. They Should Be Able To Identify And Evaluate Potential Opportunities, Develop Innovative Solutions, And Make Strategic Decisions To Drive Growth And Profitability.

  • Proven Sales And Business Development Experience: The Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Sales And Business Development Roles, Preferably In The Tmt Industry. They Should Have A Successful Track Record Of Driving Revenue Growth, Developing And Maintaining Client Relationships, And Closing Deals.

They Should Have Experience In Mentoring And Developing Junior Team Members, As Well As Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams To Achieve Business Objectives.
