Job Description

  1. Develop and implement strategic business development plans for the Consumer & Retail team to drive growth and increase market share.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and opportunities within the consumer and retail industry.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry partners to expand the firm's client base.
  4. Lead the development and execution of client pitches and proposals, showcasing the firm's capabilities and value proposition.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
  7. Manage and track business development metrics, including revenue targets and client acquisition goals.
  8. Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and participate in relevant events and conferences.
  9. Mentor, train, and motivate a team of business development professionals to achieve their targets and contribute to the team's success.
  10. Work closely with senior leadership to align business development strategies with overall firm objectives.
  11. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all business development activities.
  12. Continuously assess and improve business development processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Extensive Experience In The Consumer And Retail Industry: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Deep Understanding And Knowledge Of The Consumer And Retail Industry, Including Current Market Trends, Competitive Landscape, And Key Players.

  • Strong Business Acumen: The Director Of Business Development At Kpmg Will Be Responsible For Identifying And Pursuing New Business Opportunities, Developing Sales Strategies, And Creating Compelling Proposals. Therefore, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Business Acumen And The Ability To Think Strategically.

  • Proven Track Record In Driving Sales And Business Growth: The Successful Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Driving Sales And Business Growth Within The Consumer And Retail Industry.
