Digital Adoption Lead

KPMG is looking for an experienced Digital Adoption Lead to join our rapidly growing technology team. This role will be responsible for leading the implementation of digital adoption initiatives and driving the organizational usage of digital tools and systems. The ideal candidate will have experience developing, implementing and executing on strategies to increase adoption of digital tools and technologies, and will have a strong understanding of digital transformation and customer experience.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects. 10. Evaluate the effectiveness of digital adoption initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
