Digital Adoption Lead

KPMG is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Digital Adoption Lead to join our team and help maximize our technological capabilities. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the adoption of digital technologies across the firm, including identifying the latest trends and opportunities to help drive growth and innovation.The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field, as well as a minimum of five years of experience in a digital technology role. You must also be able to demonstrate an understanding of the digital landscape and a deep knowledge of the tools and technologies available.A passion for technology and a keen interest in digital transformation will be essential to succeed in this role. You must be able to think creatively and develop strategies to ensure the successful adoption of digital solutions across the firm. 8. Design and deliver training sessions to ensure staff are well-informed and well-equipped to use digital technology.
9. Proactively identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address them.
