Job Description

KPMG is looking for a DevOps Cloud Engineer to join our team of talented professionals. We need a detail-oriented professional who has the skills and experience to help us deliver high-quality cloud solutions to our clients. Candidates should possess a thorough understanding of cloud technology, strong problem-solving skills, and an ability to troubleshoot complex issues.The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in software development, DevOps, and cloud engineering. They should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about their work and eager to learn and grow with the company.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field• 5+ years of software development/DevOps/cloud engineering experience• Proficient in cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and GCP• Experience in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Java• Knowledge of infrastructure automation tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement cloud solutions for clients using AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  2. Develop scripts using Python, Perl, or Java to improve DevOps processes.
  3. Utilize infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible, Chef, and Puppet.
  4. Monitor and optimize cloud performance to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered.
  5. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide technical support.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  7. Collaborate with teams to ensure successful completion of projects.
  8. Maintain documentation of cloud solutions and processes.
  9. Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
