Job Description

KPMG is seeking a highly motivated and experienced DevOps Cloud Engineer to join our team and help build out our cloud infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and managing cloud servers and associated services. The ideal candidate should have a passion for working with cloud services, a deep understanding of DevOps and cloud technologies, and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.The successful DevOps Cloud Engineer should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, automation scripting, and cloud security engineering. You should also have a thorough understanding of cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform, as well as experience with DevOps tools and frameworks like Jenkins, Puppet, Chef, and Ansible. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.If you have the technical acumen and enthusiasm to join KPMG, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, deploy, and manage cloud servers and associated services.
  2. Automate scripting and cloud security engineering.
  3. Work with cloud service providers like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
  4. Utilize DevOps tools and frameworks like Jenkins, Puppet, Chef, and Ansible.
  5. Monitor cloud infrastructure performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.
  6. Provide technical troubleshooting and support for cloud infrastructure issues.
  7. Maintain documentation for cloud infrastructure architectures and configurations.
  8. Collaborate with other members of the DevOps team to ensure successful deployments.
  9. Ensure compliance with security protocols and regulatory requirements.
  10. Develop and implement best practices for cloud infrastructure management.
