Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Technical Support Role, Preferably In A Corporate Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Desktop Operating Systems, Hardware, And Software, Including Windows And Mac Os.
Excellent Troubleshooting Skills And The Ability To Provide Technical Support For A Variety Of Devices, Such As Laptops, Desktops, Printers, And Mobile Devices.
Experience With Remote Support Tools, Such As Remote Desktop, Teamviewer, Or Bomgar, And Working Knowledge Of Active Directory And Office 365.
