Responsibilities for this job description may include:

  1. Collaborate with tax professionals to accurately and timely bill clients for global mobility services.
  2. Maintain, update, and reconcile financial data related to global mobility programs.
  3. Review and verify client invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  4. Communicate with clients to address any billing inquiries or discrepancies.
  5. Prepare and analyze financial reports for management and clients.
  6. Assist in the development and implementation of billing processes and procedures.
  7. Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations for all billing activities.
  8. Proactively identify and resolve billing issues or errors.
  9. Work with a diverse team to support the needs of global clients.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with discretion.
  11. Keep up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate billing.
  12. Collaborate with other departments to streamline billing processes and improve efficiency.
  13. Provide support for audits and other financial reviews.

Job Qualifications
