  1. Conduct thorough analysis of clients' financial processes and systems to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
  2. Utilize expertise in Workday Financial Accounting to assist clients in implementing and utilizing the system effectively.
  3. Collaborate with clients to understand their specific financial goals and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve those goals.
  4. Stay up-to-date on accounting principles and industry best practices to ensure high-quality service delivery to clients.
  5. Work closely with team members to develop and implement strategies that meet clients' financial needs.
  6. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide regular updates on project progress and address any issues or concerns.
  7. Conduct training and support for clients on Workday Financial Accounting to ensure smooth adoption and usage of the system.
  8. Proactively identify potential risks and provide recommendations to mitigate them.
  9. Assist in developing project plans and timelines to ensure timely completion of client deliverables.
  10. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction.
  11. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all client interactions and project details.
  12. Demonstrate a strong understanding of KPMG's values and ethical standards while representing the company in a professional manner.
  13. Collaborate with other departments within KPMG to leverage resources and expertise when needed.
  14. Participate in internal and external trainings and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
  15. Contribute to the overall growth and success of the Workday Financial Accounting practice at KPMG.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Workday Financial Accounting.

  • Cpa Certification Or Equivalent Professional Accounting Designation.

  • Knowledge Of Gaap And Financial Reporting Requirements.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Issues In A Timely Manner.
