  1. Conduct financial analysis and reporting using Workday Financials software.
  2. Maintain accurate and timely financial records and documentation.
  3. Collaborate with team members to ensure financial data is accurate and complete.
  4. Monitor and reconcile financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  5. Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in financial data.
  6. Stay informed on industry trends and updates in Workday Financials software.
  7. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates and insights on financial performance.
  8. Prepare and present financial reports to management and clients.
  9. Work closely with other departments to ensure proper financial controls and processes are in place.
  10. Assist with financial audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
  11. Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to streamline financial operations.
  12. Train and mentor junior staff on Workday Financials and accounting principles.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  14. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in handling financial information.
  15. Meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working With Workday Financial Accounting

  • Strong Understanding Of Gaap And Financial Reporting Principles

  • Professional Certification Such As Cpa Or Cfa Preferred

  • Experience Working In A Large Consulting Firm Or Corporate Finance Department Is A Plus.
