- Conduct thorough research and analysis of client's research and development activities to identify potential tax credit opportunities.
- Prepare and review tax calculations and documentation to support research and development tax credit claims.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and explain tax concepts and regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations related to research and development tax credits.
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions to complex tax issues.
- Assist in the development and implementation of tax planning strategies for clients.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client engagements and deliverables.
- Provide proactive and timely updates to clients on the status of their tax credit claims.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Attend training and professional development opportunities to enhance tax knowledge and skills.
- Represent the company in a professional manner and maintain client confidentiality.
- Mentor and train junior team members to develop their tax expertise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Adhere to ethical standards and comply with all tax laws and regulations.
- Take ownership of projects and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Cpa Or Other Relevant Professional Certification Preferred.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Tax Consulting Or Compliance, With A Focus On R&D Tax Credits.
Strong Knowledge Of Tax Laws And Regulations Related To R&D Tax Credits.
