  1. Monitor and maintain the network infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted connectivity and efficient network performance.
  2. Identify and troubleshoot network issues, and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime.
  3. Monitor network security and proactively identify and address potential threats.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network upgrades and improvements.
  5. Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and changes.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve network efficiency and security.
  7. Respond to network emergencies and provide on-call support as needed.
  8. Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to report on network performance and escalate critical issues.
  9. Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance network monitoring and maintenance procedures.
  10. Train and mentor junior team members to ensure a strong and capable network monitoring team.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, to ensure network compliance.
  12. Continuously monitor network health and performance, and proactively address any potential risks or vulnerabilities.
  13. Collaborate with vendors and service providers to troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
  14. Participate in regular team meetings and provide input on network performance and improvement opportunities.
  15. Maintain a strong understanding of the organization's network infrastructure and provide support for network-related projects.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Network Monitoring And Troubleshooting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Network Protocols And Technologies, Including Tcp/Ip, Dns, Dhcp, And Vpn.

  • Familiarity With Network Monitoring Tools Such As Solarwinds, Nagios, Or Prtg.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Network Issues In A Timely Manner.
