  1. Manage IT change management processes: The Associate will be responsible for overseeing and implementing IT change management processes for our clients, ensuring that all changes are properly planned, tested, and implemented to minimize disruption and maximize efficiency.
  2. Collaborate with industry experts: The Associate will work closely with our team of industry experts to understand client needs and develop effective IT change management strategies.
  3. Conduct research and analysis: The Associate will conduct research and analysis to stay informed about the latest trends and developments in IT change management, and use this knowledge to inform their approach.
  4. Communicate with clients: The Associate will serve as a point of contact for clients, communicating updates and progress on IT change management initiatives and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  5. Develop project plans: The Associate will develop and maintain detailed project plans, outlining the steps and timelines for each IT change management project to ensure successful implementation.
  6. Coordinate with cross-functional teams: The Associate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and project management, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of IT change management initiatives.
  7. Identify risks and develop contingency plans: The Associate will proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate any potential disruptions to client systems or processes.
  8. Provide training and support: The Associate will provide training and support to clients and internal team members on IT change management processes, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of new changes.
  9. Monitor and report on progress: The Associate will monitor progress and performance of IT change management initiatives, providing regular reports and updates to clients and management.
  10. Uphold company values and standards: The Associate will uphold the company's values and standards, including a commitment to excellence, integrity, and client satisfaction, in all aspects of their work.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In It Change Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Itil Framework And Change Management Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Collaborate With Various Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Proficient In Using Change Management Tools And Software, Such As Servicenow Or Jira.
