- Manage IT change management processes: The Associate will be responsible for overseeing and implementing IT change management processes for our clients, ensuring that all changes are properly planned, tested, and implemented to minimize disruption and maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with industry experts: The Associate will work closely with our team of industry experts to understand client needs and develop effective IT change management strategies.
- Conduct research and analysis: The Associate will conduct research and analysis to stay informed about the latest trends and developments in IT change management, and use this knowledge to inform their approach.
- Communicate with clients: The Associate will serve as a point of contact for clients, communicating updates and progress on IT change management initiatives and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In It Change Management.
Strong Understanding Of Itil Framework And Change Management Processes.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Collaborate With Various Teams And Stakeholders.
Proficient In Using Change Management Tools And Software, Such As Servicenow Or Jira.
