Job Description

KPMG LLP is looking for an experienced and motivated Associate - Instructional Design & Development to join our Learning and Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, implementation and evaluation of learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design and development, including expertise in project management, instructional design principles and adult learning theory. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. If you are a creative problem solver and have a passion for creating learning solutions for our employees, we want you on our team! Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Human Resources or related field• At least 3 years’ experience in instructional design and development• Expertise in project management, instructional design principles and adult learning theory• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• High level of organization and ability to work independently• Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
