  1. Provide legal support and advice to the firm on a variety of litigation matters.
  2. Conduct legal research and analysis to support the firm's defense in litigation cases.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to develop and implement legal strategies.
  4. Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  5. Advise on potential legal risks and implications of business decisions.
  6. Manage and oversee outside counsel on litigation matters.
  7. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external parties.
  8. Stay informed of changes and developments in relevant laws and regulations.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Maintain accurate and organized legal records and documentation.
  11. Participate in negotiations and settlement discussions as needed.
  12. Mentor and train junior legal staff on litigation procedures and best practices.
  13. Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards.
  14. Represent the firm in court hearings and other legal proceedings.
  15. Assist with other legal matters and projects as assigned by the General Counsel.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School.

  • Active Membership In Good Standing With The State Bar Association.

  • Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Litigation, Preferably In A Large Law Firm Or In-House Legal Department.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws, Regulations, And Legal Processes Related To Litigation.

  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Lead A Team Of Attorneys And Paralegals.
