  1. Assist in the development and implementation of resource management strategies and processes.
  2. Coordinate with project managers to understand resource requirements and allocate resources accordingly.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date resource allocation records and reports.
  4. Monitor and track resource utilization and make recommendations for optimization.
  5. Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve any resource conflicts.
  6. Liaise with HR and recruitment teams to ensure timely onboarding of new resources.
  7. Proactively identify potential resource shortages and take necessary actions to mitigate risks.
  8. Communicate and negotiate with external vendors and contractors for resource requirements.
  9. Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of resource management processes and make improvements as needed.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in resource management.
  11. Assist in training and mentoring junior resource management staff.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and stakeholders.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  14. Take on additional responsibilities or projects as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Functional Resource Management, Preferably In A Consulting Or Professional Services Firm.

  • Strong Understanding Of Resource Allocation And Utilization Processes, As Well As Project Management Methodologies.

  • Excellent Organizational And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Various Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Resource Management Software, Such As Workday Or Sap.
