- Conduct thorough research and analysis of financial data to identify potential risks and patterns of financial crimes.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for preventing and detecting financial crimes for clients.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to financial crimes prevention and apply them to client engagements.
- Conduct interviews and gather information from clients to assess their financial crime risk exposure and develop appropriate solutions.
- Prepare accurate and detailed reports on findings and recommendations for clients.
- Assist with the development and delivery of training programs for clients on financial crimes prevention.
- Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to identify and investigate potential financial crimes activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address their concerns and provide guidance on financial crimes prevention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to all ethical and professional standards.
- Act as a subject matter expert on financial crimes prevention and detection, providing guidance and support to team members and clients.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager or team lead.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Financial Crimes Or Compliance At A Financial Institution Or Consulting Firm.
Knowledge Of Relevant Regulations And Laws Related To Financial Crimes, Such As The Bank Secrecy Act, Usa Patriot Act, And Anti-Money Laundering Laws.
Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Team Members And Communicate Complex Information To Clients.
