  1. Lead and oversee the development and implementation of technology innovation strategies for the firm.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technology solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure KPMG remains at the forefront of innovation.
  4. Foster a culture of innovation within the organization by encouraging and supporting new ideas and initiatives.
  5. Manage and mentor a team of technology professionals, providing guidance and support in their development.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external technology partners and vendors to stay informed of emerging technologies and potential partnerships.
  7. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential areas for technological growth and expansion.
  8. Oversee the development and management of technology budgets and resources.
  9. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute long-term technology innovation plans.
  10. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, executives, and team members, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of technology solutions.
  11. Monitor and evaluate the performance of technology solutions, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
  12. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to technology innovation.
  13. Represent KPMG at industry events and conferences to promote our technology innovation capabilities.
  14. Continuously assess and mitigate potential risks associated with technology innovation initiatives.
  15. Contribute to the overall success and growth of the firm through your expertise and leadership in technology innovation.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Engineering, Or Information Technology.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Technology Innovation, Product Development, Or Related Roles.

  • Experience In Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Projects From Ideation To Implementation.

  • Strong Understanding Of Emerging Technologies And Their Potential Impact On Business Operations.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
