  1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day security operations of the firm, including monitoring, detecting, and responding to potential security threats.
  2. Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the firm's information and assets.
  3. Lead a team of security professionals and provide guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure efficient and effective security operations.
  4. Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify potential security gaps and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security protocols are integrated into all aspects of the firm's operations.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the firm's security posture.
  7. Communicate and report on security incidents, breaches, and risk assessments to senior management and other stakeholders.
  8. Manage relationships with external security vendors and partners to ensure the firm's security needs are met.
  9. Develop and conduct security awareness training for employees to promote a culture of security within the firm.
  10. Monitor and analyze security metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for security enhancements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Related Field Such As Information Security, Computer Science, Or Business Administration.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Security Operations, Risk Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices, Including Iso 27001 And Nist Cybersecurity Framework.

  • Proven Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Security Professionals.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
