Job Description

KPMG is seeking an experienced and driven professional to join our team as the Associate Director, Security Monitoring and Response. This individual will be responsible for monitoring and responding to security incidents, analyzing security logs, and developing security plans to reduce risk. The successful applicant must possess exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, as well as a strong knowledge of security technologies and processes. The ideal candidate will also be highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to identify and address security issues in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and respond to security incidents in a timely manner.
  2. Analyze security logs and develop security plans to reduce risk.
  3. Identify and address security issues as they arise.
  4. Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  5. Stay up to date with the latest developments in information security technologies and processes.
  6. Provide technical guidance and advice to business stakeholders on security matters.
  7. Establish and maintain relationships with key security stakeholders.
  8. Develop and deliver security awareness training.
  9. Track security metrics and ensure compliance with regulations.
  10. Research and recommend security tools and software to enhance security posture.
