
Associate Director, Security Monitoring and Response
KPMG is looking for a motivated, collaborative, and technically skilled leader to join our Security Monitoring and Response team as the Associate Director. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of security professionals and overseeing the monitoring and response activities for KPMG.To be successful in this role, you will need a combination of technical and leadership skills. Specifically, we are seeking an individual with 7+ years of experience in security monitoring and response, a deep knowledge of security technologies and processes, a track record of managing teams and projects, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of security professionals to ensure successful monitoring and response activities.
- Monitor and investigate security incidents and violations as needed.
- Develop and enforce security policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain security systems and tools.
- Perform risk assessments and evaluate security solutions.
- Train and mentor team members on security processes and technologies.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure that security policies and processes are adhered to.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, such as customers, vendors, and other security teams.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and developments.
- Provide reports and insights on security activities.
