In this role, you will be responsible for driving the overall sales enablement strategy for our firm, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver effective sales enablement programs.   1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy for the firm, in line with the overall business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify sales enablement needs and design programs and initiatives to address them.
  3. Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including presentations, playbooks, training materials, and other resources.
  4. Train and coach sales teams on best practices and strategies for effectively utilizing sales enablement tools and resources.
  5. Evaluate the effectiveness of sales enablement programs through data analysis and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to continuously improve the firm's sales enablement approach.
  7. Work closely with sales leadership to align sales enablement initiatives with sales goals and objectives.
  8. Manage and coordinate sales enablement events, such as trainings, workshops, and conferences.
  9. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging and branding in sales enablement materials.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on sales enablement, providing guidance and support to sales teams and other stakeholders.
  11. Lead and mentor a team of sales enablement professionals, providing feedback and development opportunities.
  12. Monitor and report on sales enablement metrics, such as adoption rates and impact on sales performance.
  13. Continuously seek ways to improve and optimize the sales enablement process and tools.
  14. Represent the firm at industry events and conferences, building relationships and promoting the firm's sales enablement capabilities.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Enablement Or Related Role, Preferably In A Professional Services Or Consulting Firm.

  • Strong Understanding Of Sales Processes And Strategies, Including Lead Generation, Pipeline Management, And Sales Forecasting.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Sales Enablement Programs That Drive Revenue Growth.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
