
Associate Director, Leadership and Talent Development
KPMG is looking for an experienced and driven professional to join our team as Associate Director, Leadership and Talent Development. The ideal candidate will bring a strong knowledge and passion for developing the leadership and talent of our employees, with a personal style that is engaging, positive, and supportive.The Associate Director, Leadership and Talent Development will be responsible for driving our leadership and talent development initiatives and strategies. This individual will work closely with senior leaders to ensure our employees have the skills, tools, and training to excel in their roles. The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to think strategically, generate new ideas, and execute plans to drive our people-focused objectives.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field• A minimum of 7 years of professional Human Resources experience• Proven experience in designing and delivering leadership and talent development initiatives• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environmentIf you’re an enthusiastic and motivated professional who is passionate about developing our people, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver leadership and talent development initiatives that meet the needs of KPMG employees.
- Develop strategies for leadership and talent development and ensure they are aligned with the overall objectives of KPMG.
- Consult with senior leaders on employee development plans, initiatives, and programs.
- Create and implement training and development programs to foster the growth of employees.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing learning and development programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor changes in the industry and ensure that KPMG’s leadership and talent development initiatives remain competitive.
- Collaborate with other Human Resources teams to ensure initiatives are consistent and effective.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to employees to help them reach their goals.
- Manage budgets and other resources related to leadership and talent development.
- Utilize analytics to track the progress and success of development initiatives.
