  • Develop and implement innovative AI solutions using generative models to drive business growth and enhance client services.
  • Lead and manage a team of AI engineers to design, develop, and maintain AI solutions, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software developers, and business analysts, to identify opportunities and develop AI strategies.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and apply them to improve existing solutions and develop new ones.
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and identify patterns to create effective generative AI prompts that align with business objectives.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders on the implementation and optimization of AI solutions.
  • Create and maintain documentation for AI solutions, including coding standards, technical specifications, and user guides.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards in AI development and deployment.
  • Proactively identify and address potential challenges and risks in AI projects and propose solutions to mitigate them.
  • Mentor and train team members on AI techniques, tools, and technologies to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Developing And Implementing Ai Solutions, Preferably In A Consulting Or Professional Services Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Generative Ai Techniques And Applications, Such As Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, And Natural Language Processing.

  • Experience With Programming Languages And Tools Commonly Used In Ai Development, Such As Python, Tensorflow, And Keras.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Present Complex Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
