As a key leader in our Generative AI practice, you will work closely with clients and colleagues to develop and implement state-of-the-art generative AI models, leveraging your expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, and data analysis.   1. Develop and implement cutting-edge generative AI solutions for complex business challenges.
  2. Collaborate with clients and colleagues to identify and understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  3. Lead and manage a team of generative AI engineers to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget.
  4. Utilize your expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, and data analysis to develop and refine generative AI models.
  5. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and trends in AI technology and incorporate them into project development.
  6. Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns and insights that can inform the development of generative AI models.
  7. Communicate technical concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert in generative AI, providing guidance and support to junior team members.
  9. Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Foster a culture of innovation and learning within the Generative AI practice, encouraging team members to stay curious and push boundaries.
  11. Represent the company and the Generative AI practice at industry events and conferences to promote thought leadership and stay informed of industry developments.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Developing Ai Solutions, With A Focus On Generative Ai And Natural Language Processing.

  • Strong Understanding Of Machine Learning Algorithms And Deep Learning Techniques.

  • Excellent Programming Skills In Languages Such As Python, Java, Or C++.

  • Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Ai Engineers, As Well As Working Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
