  1. Lead and manage the Generative AI Prompt Engineering team at KPMG, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive innovation and improve services using generative AI technology.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand client needs and develop solutions that meet their unique requirements.
  4. Utilize your expertise in generative AI to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge solutions for clients.
  5. Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI technology and integrate them into our services.
  6. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in generative AI.
  7. Conduct research and experiments to identify new opportunities for utilizing generative AI in our services.
  8. Oversee the development and implementation of generative AI models and algorithms.
  9. Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and provide strategic guidance on how generative AI can benefit their organization.
  10. Collaborate with other departments within the organization to identify opportunities for cross-functional initiatives.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  12. Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure the success and impact of generative AI projects.
  13. Communicate progress, challenges, and insights to upper management and provide recommendations for improvement.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to generative AI prompt engineering.
  15. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in generative AI and provide thought leadership within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Ai Or Related Field: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Hold An Advanced Degree In Artificial Intelligence Or A Related Field Such As Computer Science, Engineering, Or Data Science. This Will Provide The Necessary Theoretical Foundation And Technical Skills To Excel In The Role.

  • Extensive Experience In Generative Ai: The Associate Director Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Hands-On Experience In Developing Generative Ai Models And Applications. This Will Demonstrate A Deep Understanding Of The Technology And Its Potential For Solving Complex Business Problems.

  • Strong Programming Skills: Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Python, R, And Java Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Also Have Experience Working With Ai Frameworks And Libraries Such As Tensorflow, Pytorch, And Keras.

  • Project Management Experience: As An Associate Director, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing Projects Related To Generative Ai. Therefore, Experience In Project Management, Including Budgeting, Resource Allocation, And Timeline Management, Is Crucial For This Role.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
