Job Description

KPMG is looking for an experienced and motivated Associate Director of Development to join our team and advance our mission of providing exceptional service to our clients. This key role will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with our existing and potential donors. Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and experienced fundraiser who is passionate about helping KPMG achieve its philanthropic goals.The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 7 years of development and/or fundraising experience with a proven record of success in securing gifts from individuals, foundations, and corporations. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required. A Master’s degree in a related field is preferred. The candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be organized and detail oriented, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must also be highly motivated and have the ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage relationships with existing and potential donors.
  2. Strategize and plan approaches to secure gifts from individuals, foundations, and corporations.
  3. Create and implement fundraising strategies to achieve philanthropic goals.
  4. Execute fundraising campaigns and events.
  5. Analyze donor data to develop and refine fundraising strategies.
  6. Prepare reports and presentations to update senior management on fundraising progress.
  7. Track donations and maintain accurate donor records.
  8. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  9. Foster relationships with other organizations to create collaborative partnerships.
  10. Provide excellent customer service to current and potential donors.

Compensation
