Job Description

As an Associate Director at KPMG, you will play an integral role in driving the success of our Copilot product. As the Product Owner, you will lead a team of talented individuals in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance our product's capabilities.   1. Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance the capabilities of the Copilot product.

  6. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for product growth and differentiation.
  7. Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and measure the success of product initiatives.
  8. Act as the subject matter expert for the Copilot product, providing guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Monitor and analyze product performance and make recommendations for improvements or changes as needed.
  10. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency in product development and management.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to ensure the Copilot product remains competitive and relevant.
  12. Represent KPMG and the Copilot product at industry events and conferences.
  13. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute long-term product strategies.
  14. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Project Management, Or Related Roles.

  • Strong Understanding Of Agile Development Methodologies And Experience Working In An Agile Environment.

  • Experience In Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Product Development, Design, And Marketing.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects.
