
Associate Director, Compensation
KPMG is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Associate Director, Compensation to join our dynamic and innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs across the organization. You will work closely with our executive team to ensure that our compensation strategy is competitive and that our employees are rewarded for their performance.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in compensation and/or benefits. You must have a solid knowledge of compensation principles and practices, and experience developing and administering compensation programs across multiple locations. Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs across the organization.
- Work closely with the executive team to ensure that the compensation strategy is competitive and that employees are rewarded for their performance.
- Develop and administer compensation programs across multiple locations.
- Provide excellent customer service and support for all employee compensation inquiries.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging trends in compensation and benefits.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all compensation programs.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy of all compensation plans.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and relationships.
- Provide recommendations and insights to the executive team on compensation strategies.
