Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee audit engagements, ensuring that audit procedures are performed in accordance with applicable standards.
2. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial statements and disclosure notes.
3. Analyze and interpret financial information, identify issues and develop recommendations.
4. Identify and assess the risks associated with the audit engagement.
5. Prepare and review audit working papers and reports.
6. Monitor and identify areas of potential improvement in audit processes and procedures.
7. Support the development of new audit strategies and techniques.
8. Collaborate with colleagues and clients to create an exceptional audit experience.
9. Demonstrate a high degree of initiative, leadership and problem solving skills.
10. Maintain knowledge of current and emerging accounting standards, including SEC filings and SOX 404.
