Assistant General Counsel - Commercial Technology

KPMG is looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant General Counsel - Commercial Technology to join our legal team. The successful candidate will provide advice and counsel to our commercial technology team on a variety of legal matters. They will work closely with our commercial technology team to ensure that our operations and strategies are in line with legal and regulatory requirements.The ideal candidate must have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and be admitted in good standing to a state bar. The successful candidate should have at least five years of legal experience in the areas of technology, commercial agreements, intellectual property, corporate law, and/or data privacy. They should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.We are looking for an individual who is highly organized, has strong attention to detail, and is a team player who can develop positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
