Solutions Architect

This individual will work with the KF Digital leadership team to define the digitization opportunities aligned with the broader Korn Ferry Company strategy all of KF Digital, new and legacy. Support efforts to ensure the firm’s digital assets are leveraged and integrated, including into KF Consulting offerings. Support internal sales enablement activities including coordination, design/development of materials and delivery support. Support efforts to package and price our offerings. Support demand generation efforts including external webinars.Provide strategic direction (design, implementation, and alignment) of digitization initiatives internally and the building of its value propositions externally aligned to our overall Company strategy and values.
Partner with KF Digital’s account leaders to gain understanding of key client accounts and their needs related to product / solution enhancements. Participate in business development meetings to inform potential clients and provide a point of view on the firms’ capabilities.
