Principal/ Leadership Coach

In this role, you will be both a strategic thought-leader and accountability-partner to help individuals design, reimagine, or explore their leadership style and impact at various stages in their careers, helping them create both the vision and the action plan to achieve their goals. You will contribute thought leadership to design and implement or enhance existing coaching engagements you support to ensure we are delivering a world-class coaching experience. You will support and challenge leaders in creating new insights and identifying ways to apply new learnings to elicit positive transformation and change that supports accelerated leadership effectiveness.
