
Performance & Reward Coordinator
Support the daily administration of the Health & Welfare and Retiree Medical Plans by coordinating annual enrollment activities/communications and ongoing H&W communications. Assist with the administration of the Retirement Plans by supporting annual plan audits and coordinate government filings, amongst other related tasks, with the appropriate vendors. Assist with Leave Management through various tasks such as tracking leaves, processing employee status changes in the HR system, coordinating return to work with employee/manager, etc. Support the ongoing administration of our global Wellness Program by maintaining our wellness network locally and working alongside our vendor for proper communication and implementation.
2+ years in human resources preferred
Previous experience in a shared services environment preferred
