Sr. Pension & Savings Plan Coordinator

1. Manage and administer pension and savings plans, including 401(k)s, IRAs, and other retirement plans.

3. Respond to inquiries from plan participants and other internal and external contacts regarding pension and savings plans.
4. Prepare reports for management to track and analyze plan performance and costs.
5. Stay up-to-date on the latest regulations and legislation affecting pension and savings plans.
6. Develop and implement training programs for plan participants.
7. Research and identify potential new pension and savings plans.
8. Manage projects and deadlines to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
9. Provide guidance and assistance to staff members regarding pension and savings plans.
10. Develop and maintain positive relationships with plan participants and other internal and external contacts.
