Kohler Co. is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Service Desk Clerk to join our team! We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to join a leading global company!The successful candidate will be responsible for taking incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries, and providing technical support. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused attitude. The right person for this position will be organized, have keen attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.The successful candidate should possess a minimum of a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of customer service or technical support experience. Knowledge of basic computer applications, phone systems, and troubleshooting techniques is also highly desired.If you’re ready to join a team of passionate and driven individuals, we’d love to have you as part of our team!

Responsibilities:

  1. Answer customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
  2. Provide technical support to customers in a timely fashion.
  3. Troubleshoot customer issues and offer solutions.
  4. Document customer inquiries and resolutions in the appropriate system.
  5. Act as a point of contact between customers and technical support teams.
  6. Monitor incoming calls and respond quickly and accurately.
  7. Keep abreast of new technologies and how they can be used to improve customer service.
  8. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide follow up as needed.
  9. Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service at all times.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
