
Senior Sales Analyst - Demand Planning & Forecasting
Kohler Co. is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Analyst β Demand Planning & Forecasting to join our team and help drive our business to success. This critical position requires an individual with strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to establish and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales analyst role, a strong understanding of demand planning and forecasting best practices, and a thorough understanding of the retail/distribution industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing and executing strategies which increase sales and optimize inventory levels. We are seeking an individual who is a motivated self-starter, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and optimize inventory levels.
- Analyze sales data to inform demand planning and forecasting decisions.
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement best practices for demand planning and forecasting.
- Monitor competitor activities and pricing in order to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Monitor and report on sales trends and performance.
- Create detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
- Provide guidance and support to junior sales analysts.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales goals.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement process changes.
