Job Description

Kohler Co. is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Planner to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a highly organized individual with strong technical skills to ensure the reliable operation of our plant equipment. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of exceptional problem-solving abilities, great attention to detail, and a passion for continuous improvement.This exciting role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the maintenance and planning field, with a proven track record of success in developing effective maintenance plans and procedures. We require a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in computer-aided maintenance management systems (CMMS) is also essential.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement efficient maintenance plans and procedures for plant equipment.
  2. Identify and troubleshoot potential maintenance problems.
  3. Monitor and analyze equipment performance to ensure optimal efficiency.
  4. Track and record maintenance activities in CMMS.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  6. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
  7. Train and mentor team members in maintenance and planning.
  8. Proactively communicate and collaborate with other departments.
  9. Monitor and analyze budget and cost control.
  10. Provide regular reports and updates on maintenance activity.
