
Project Manager, Product Lifecycle Management
Kohler Co. is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a deep knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) to join our team. This position requires a highly-organized and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about driving projects to completion. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in PLM process improvement and is a natural leader who can foster collaboration among a diverse team.To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or a related field and at least five years of experience in a project management role is required. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to ensure successful completion of all projects within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) domain.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all tasks and deadlines are met.
- Identify and assess potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to ensure efficient and effective project management.
- Foster collaboration among a diverse team of stakeholders, including engineers, business analysts and product owners.
- Ensure project budgets and timelines are met.
- Prepare and present reports to upper-level management on the status of projects.
- Monitor and analyze project performance data to ensure optimal execution of projects.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to project team members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in PLM.
