Job Description

Kohler Co. is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a deep knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) to join our team. This position requires a highly-organized and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about driving projects to completion. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in PLM process improvement and is a natural leader who can foster collaboration among a diverse team.To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or a related field and at least five years of experience in a project management role is required. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to ensure successful completion of all projects within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) domain.
  2. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all tasks and deadlines are met.
  3. Identify and assess potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  4. Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to ensure efficient and effective project management.
  5. Foster collaboration among a diverse team of stakeholders, including engineers, business analysts and product owners.
  6. Ensure project budgets and timelines are met.
  7. Prepare and present reports to upper-level management on the status of projects.
  8. Monitor and analyze project performance data to ensure optimal execution of projects.
  9. Provide guidance and mentorship to project team members.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in PLM.

Compensation
