Job Description

Kohler Co. is seeking a passionate and creative Manager, Social Impact Communications to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make meaningful contributions to our social impact initiatives while advancing our corporate communication objectives.We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of developing, managing, and executing impactful communications campaigns and initiatives. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong writing, editing, and project management skills and have a deep understanding of corporate social responsibility practices and trends.We are looking for someone with a dynamic personality and the ability to collaborate effectively across a variety of teams. If you have a passion for making a positive social impact and a genuine interest in the work we do, we invite you to apply!Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field• 5+ years of experience developing and executing social impact communications campaigns• Demonstrated success in developing and executing content for corporate communications, including press releases, website copy, and social media content• Experience managing complex projects and meeting tight deadlines• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment• Innovative and creative problem-solving skills• Knowledge of corporate social responsibility practices and trends

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute impactful communications campaigns and initiatives • Write, edit, and manage press releases, website copy, and social media content • Manage complex projects and meet tight deadlines • Lead creative problem-solving initiatives • Research corporate social responsibility practices and trends • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Maintain accurate records of communications activities • Provide timely and accurate reports on communications efforts • Monitor and respond to online conversations about corporate social responsibility initiatives • Monitor and update corporate social responsibility policies and guidelines
