Manage Architectural, Project Management and Interior Design team project portfolio and resources. Actively review ongoing projects and allocate support and resources as required. Regular interactions with Business Leaders will be required to forecast and anticipate workload. Responsible for conducting Associate performance evaluations including; Career Management, creating Development Plan, and conducting annual quintile and performance ratings. Providing regular feedback to Associates based on performance. Plan and communicate resource constraints, formulate staffing solutions and strategies. Source and develop the best talent to further grow the organizational competencies. Travel both domestically and Internationally is anticipated as projects require. Mentor and teach Associates industry best practices, architectural standards and Kohler corporate processes.
