Kohler Co. is seeking a passionate and proactive Manager - Continuous Improvement to join our team. We are looking for a results-driven individual with strong problem-solving and organizational skills to help us drive operational excellence.The ideal candidate for this role will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a continuous improvement role, preferably in the manufacturing industry. They will be an effective communicator and have the ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement lean manufacturing processes to improve operational efficiency.
  2. Analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of lean processes.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organization.
  5. Monitor progress and provide regular reports on performance metrics.
  6. Identify training and development needs and provide guidance and support to team members.
  7. Create and execute plans to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
