Intern, Internal Communications
The internship will include:
- Writing internal communications that include articles, bulletins, video scripts, and presentation materials.
- Developing videos that influence behavior change among associates.
- Learning how to use our internal communications app, including content scheduling, campaign development and notifications.
- Creating content plans for internal initiatives.
- Supporting internal communication programs such as platform adoption, gathering associate feedback and audience mapping.
- Managing a digital channel on our internal communications app, KOHLER Now.
- Analyzing communication performance metrics to make informed decisions.
Ability to work independently to achieve goals with guidance
Candidates must have sophomore or higher status, enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in communications, marketing
