At Kohler Co., we are looking for an Engineering Manager, Manufacturing Engineering to join our experienced and innovative team. We are looking for a creative problem-solver with a passion for engineering excellence to lead and mentor our manufacturing engineering team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in manufacturing engineering and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects.To excel in this role, the successful candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field and at least 7-10 years of relevant experience. They must be highly organized, self-motivated, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, the candidate must have strong leadership experience, be able to develop and mentor team members, and have a successful track record of managing multiple projects. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and mentor the manufacturing engineering team to achieve engineering excellence.
  2. Manage multiple engineering projects and ensure successful completion within deadlines.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve engineering processes and capabilities.
  4. Ensure compliance with all applicable engineering standards and regulations.
  5. Analyze data and provide reports to management for decision-making purposes.
  6. Ensure the team follows safety protocols and best practices for engineering.
  7. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the engineering team and provide feedback as needed.
  8. Identify and resolve any engineering issues to ensure quality performance.
  9. Provide technical guidance and support to team members when needed.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technology and incorporate into engineering projects.
