CREO/CAD Designer

Kohler Co. is looking for an experienced and passionate CREO/CAD Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in design engineering, product development, and CAD/CREO software. We are seeking a highly organized self-starter with a customer-centric mindset and a commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate should have a creative eye for detail and the ability to think outside the box.This position requires a combination of expertise in 3D CAD/CREO design, product development, and engineering principles. The successful applicant will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Design 3D CAD models and drawings using CREO software
2. Develop products according to customer specifications and engineering principles
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful design and implementation of product
4. Research and evaluate current trends in product design and development
5. Identify potential areas for improvement in design and engineering processes
6. Ensure designs meet industry standards and customer requirements
7. Analyze and troubleshoot existing product designs
8. Generate detailed product specifications and drawings
9. Maintain and update design and engineering documentation
10. Participate in the testing and evaluation of prototypes
