Kohler Co. is looking for an experienced, innovative, and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for leading the development of new business opportunities, managing relationships with existing customers, and providing creative solutions to complex business challenges.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to think strategically and work cross-functionally, a strong business acumen, and the willingness to take initiative and take on new challenges. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategies for new business opportunities and growth.
  2. Establish and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
  3. Identify and evaluate new markets and opportunities.
  4. Prepare and present business development proposals and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop creative solutions to complex business challenges.
  6. Use data-driven analysis to assess the success of existing and proposed business initiatives.
  7. Monitor progress and performance to ensure goals are being met.
  8. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure alignment of initiatives.
  9. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the industry and competitive landscape.
  10. Stay up-to-date on current trends and new technologies to find innovative solutions.
