Job Description

Kohler Co. is looking for a passionate and friendly Associate Customer Service Representative to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a knack for customer service and a commitment to providing an outstanding experience to our customers.To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and thrive on challenges. Additionally, you must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage.If you are passionate about customer service and have a desire to help people, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate and relevant information.
  2. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  3. Manage customer accounts, including order processing, billing, and payment.
  4. Utilize customer service software and systems to process customer orders and maintain customer records.
  5. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
  6. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  7. Monitor customer feedback and share with team members to improve service delivery.
  8. Provide feedback to management on customer service processes and procedures.
  9. Maintain a working knowledge of company products and services.
  10. Perform administrative duties such as data entry and filing.
