Area Manager, Residential & Power Products
Develop and build trusting relationships with each Distributor and targeted Residential Generator Dealers in territory. Primary ownership of all assigned dealers, including: main points of contact for all sales, quote and transactional requests while funneling more complicated requests back to Inside Account Managers and other functional departmets for follow-up (generally those involving services). Meet regularly with Residential Dealers in territory based on a structured Territory Management Plan. Own relationships with pre-determined Dealers within territory covered and drive connection and thoroughness with potential Residential/Light Commercial Generator Dealers. Build, create and complete sales presentations/submittals in conjuction with Area Managers and Regional Sales Managers.
A minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience required.
Experience supporting and developing channel partners highly preferred.
Must possess moderate skills in written and oral communication with all levels of management and with outside contacts
