How does Kohl's handle performance reviews?

Kohl's uses a system of performance reviews called the Quality Performance System (QPS). This system evaluates an employee's performance during the year and assigns a rating from 1 (low performance) to 5 (high performance). This rating is based on several factors, including customer service, attendance, and job knowledge. Employees receive feedback from their supervisors and are given the opportunity to discuss their performance and any areas for improvement. At the end of the review, employees receive an overall score and a wage increase or bonus based on their performance.
