
IT E-commerce Business Analyst
Responsible for working with other functional areas to gather, analyze and document business requirements and processes impacting the website, order management or warehouse management systems. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key business partners and IT outsourcer partner. Capture and author user stories that accurately reflect business requirements. Understand business issues and opportunities in the context of the requirements. Recommend and implement solutions that enable the business to achieve its goals. Assist in analyzing consumer feedback to identify website issues/incidents, features, functions and assist in recommending enhancements. Work with User Experience team to develop concepts and document requirements that address website usability and best practices Continually assess, identify and present opportunities to improve and optimize the customer journey.
3 to 5 years related experience
Minimum 3 years experience with any of the ecommerce platforms like Hybris, Magento, Demandware
Working knowledge of ecommerce, order management and fulfillment processes
Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall Development Methodologies
Experience in working with offshore development teams
